May is Mental Health Awareness Month

As a dear friend said recently, "There's so much foolishness going on right now."

That's a great way to put it. With everything going on in the world today, plus the stigma that can sometimes come with discussing mental health, I want to be part of the solution.

Celebrating Women’s History Month

Let's pause for a moment and recall the amazing women in our lives. I think of my dad's mother, my first-grade teacher, a pastor's wife from my childhood church, my mom and her lifelong friends, and my aunt. While, the LifeSport coaches and community have certainly delivered that, I’ve also gained a lot of knowledge to make me a better cyclist and athlete.

Those lessons apply to leadership as well. Here are 5 lessons I’ve picked up while pedaling on my bike trainer on Zwift and Zoom with the Life Sport coaches.
