With a background as an industrial engineer and over 25 years of experience in high tech, I built a career on improving efficiency, solving puzzles, and helping people and organizations thrive. At Intel, I broke the mold by moving across roles and departments in ways few dared to do, gaining a unique perspective on how to tackle challenges from all angles. I’m a problem-solver at heart.
I work with what I lovingly calls “nerds”—analytical minds like accountants, doctors, engineers, lawyers, and researchers. My clients often come to me feeling stuck. Across product lines, teams, or leadership, they know something’s missing but can’t quite put their finger on it.
